Steampunk Time Traveler - Character Concept Assessment
A character I created for an Assessment during my Concept Art course last year.
We had to concept a Time Traveler with a backstory, their time machine, and an animal that has evolved over millions of years.
My Character is Josephine Burrows, a Naturalist and Botanist who has been traveling through time to observe and document the changes in plant and animal life throughout time.
All work done in Photoshop. Time machine was blocked out in Maya first then painted over in Photoshop.

Time Machine. Hydrophobic Engine Powered by condensation bouncing between hydrophobic metal sheeting producing electrical charge.
Kookaburra, evolved animal.
Adapted to elevated gravity and majority of the planet being covered in water due to higher temperatures.
